Eluid Levi Martinez

Eluid Levi Martinez was born (1944) in the remote New Mexican mountain village of Cordova.  Eluid's carved wooden Santos are in the permanent collections of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, The Smithsonian Museum of American History, The Museum of American Folk Art, The Denver Art Museum, The Los Angeles Craft and Folk Art Museum, The New Mexico Museum of International Folk Art, The Taylor Museum Colorado Springs Fine Art Center, The Millicent Rogers Museum, and The Roswell Fine Arts Center.  His lithographs are in the collections of the National Museum of American Art, and the Autry Museum of the American West.
